Greenpeace and other organizations take over downtown Anchorage to collectively show the International Whaling Commission (IWC) — The Japanese Commercial Whale industry is hurting our worlds whale population. View video coverage from the Alaska Podshow, which will be posting interviews and more from the IWC meetings.

This International Whaling Commission and some 200 scientists are here in Anchorage to discuss the future of the worlds whale population. Greenpeace and Whale Defenders kick off a week-long event to support the protection of Whales throughout the world.
